Dr Matthew Leibman

Dr. Matthew Leibman has been the treating doctor at Matthews Chiropratic Center since January 2006. Before taking over the clinic, Dr. Leibman was working together with Dr. Jose Gomez, gaining familiarity with the practice and the community. Dr. Matthew Leibman has been a certified Chiropractic Physician since December 2001 and is licensed in North Carolina and New York. Dr. Leibman earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in December 2001 after receiving a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton in May 1998. While completing his Chiropractic degree program, Dr. Leibman devoted time to working with Mental Illness Chemical Abuse program patients at The Haven in Hicksville, NY and medically underserved geriatric patients at the Freeport, NY Salvation Army. Dr. Leibman has volunteered to provide triage services to participants in the New York City Marathon and New York City Triathlon.

In 2004, Dr. Leibman traveled from Queens, NY to Charlotte, NC to serve the Queen City community in his own practice. Since arriving in Charlotte, Matthew has presented information at the Levine JCC and Siskey YMCA. Dr. Leibman brings his expertise in treating personal and work-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, weekend-warrior maladies, sciatica and disk injuries, pediatrics, geriatrics and everything in between. Under his care, patients have maintained healthy spines, enjoyed relief from gentle chiropractic adjustments, been rehabilitated from injuries, and avoided surgical procedures. Dr. Leibman hopes to help patients maintain healthy, active lifestyles.
